Ligthelm Accountants provides accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, compliance, and document collection services. The client portal is provided to support document requests, uploads, invoice submissions, and related communication.

2. Portal Access

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for ensuring that portal access is used only by authorised persons within their organisation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, submit documents in a timely manner, and ensure that uploaded records are lawful, relevant, and complete to the best of their knowledge.

4. Acceptable Use

The website and portal may not be used to transmit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or malicious content, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

5. Availability

To the extent permitted by law, Ligthelm Accountants will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
